About this website

Information about Sisi’s Loft – Suite Royale and Imperial Charm in Bad Ischl and holidays in the Salzkammergut. This website presents the apartments and provides contact details and booking services for enquiries and reservations.

Privacy

Martina O’Toole-Zopf is responsible for this website and can be contacted using the details above. Technical access involves data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information. These are processed by the hosting service to provide and secure the website.

External content from Smoobu GmbH, Germany, is loaded after your consent. Embedding relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; section 165(3) Austrian TKG 2021 for non-essential device storage). Information submitted for an enquiry or booking, including name, contact details, travel dates and guest count, is processed to handle the enquiry and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you contact us by email or phone, we use your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or fulfil your booking. We retain the details only as long as needed for the relevant purpose or statutory retention requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact info@trau-dich.at to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Cookie policy

This website has no advertising or analytics tools added by us. Images, fonts and website files are provided without embedded external fonts or maps. External maps and booking platforms are linked and open only when you follow a link.

Necessary consent storage: “sisis-loft-consent-v1” in this browser’s local storage. It contains only your Smoobu choice, the version and selection time, with no personal identifier. Validity: 180 days, after which we ask again. You can also delete the entry in your browser settings.

Optional service: Smoobu for availability and bookings. Booking scripts, calendar scripts and their frames are not loaded before consent. After consent, Smoobu may use its own cookies and storage mechanisms. Their specific names and lifetimes are determined by the provider and have not been independently verified in full here. Please consult the provider’s information.

Withdrawing consent reloads this page and blocks embedded Smoobu content again. Previous data transfers cannot be undone. We cannot delete cookies on other domains; you can remove them in your browser settings. Please close any separately opened booking windows yourself.

Accessibility

We are improving access to this website with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. This includes keyboard operation, visible focus indicators, image text alternatives, adaptable layouts and clear labels.

Updated: 1 November 2026. A complete independent accessibility audit has not been performed. In particular, external Smoobu booking forms and calendars have not been fully tested with assistive technologies and may contain barriers. Full WCAG conformance is not currently asserted for the website as a whole.

If you encounter a barrier or need assistance with availability and booking, please email info@trau-dich.at or call +43 699 19066266. If possible, tell us which page is affected and describe the issue. We will help you with your enquiry.
